Position: Logistics Coordinator - Luxury Homeware Brand
Location: Little Hulton, Manchester (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)
Salary: Up to 31,000 + Flexible start/finish times

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00

Are you ready to be part of a premium lifestyle brand and play a key role in its global logistics operation? Our client, a leading name in luxury homeware and textile products, is expanding their internal logistics team and looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help keep their supply chain moving smoothly across international markets.

Logistics Coordinator role:

As the business continues to grow, they're seeking a logistics professional to join their collaborative, friendly team. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced international operation-supporting everything from freight scheduling and customs compliance to supplier documentation and logistics reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, problem-solving, and building strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.

Key role and responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound shipment schedules, coordinating with freight forwarders, ports, and warehouse teams
  • Reviewing and verifying shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, GSPs)
  • Ensuring customs entries are completed accurately and compliantly
  • Supporting the processing of freight invoices and financial documentation (including letters of credit)
  • Maintaining accurate logistics data and reporting to support business decisions
  • Acting as a key point of contact across internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Providing hands-on support with specialist customs procedures and warehouse planning

Experience required:

  • Experience in Shipping/ocean freight and/or customs processes is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and confident with Excel and data systems
  • A proactive communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable juggling priorities and making smart logistical decisions
  • Down-to-earth, positive, and able to bring a bit of humour to the workplace
