Job summary

Caraires Recruitment Limited is seeking two Transport Clerks in Rugby for temporary roles with a view to extension. You will handle day-to-day transport administration, ensuring drivers, vehicles and deliveries are aligned and compliant, with duties covering briefing/debriefing, system updates, and customer liaison.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy with strong organizational and communication skills, and ideally have transport experience.

Qualifications

• Proven transport experience and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers with correct paperwork and debrief on return.
• Update Transport Management Systems in real-time.
• Serve as point of contact for drivers, sub-contractors, customers.
• Ensure compliance with driver hours and safety regulations.
• Manage delivery notes, PODs, and manifest tracking.
