Job Description:

CSS is seeking an experienced assistant to help manage the fleet of vehicles and drivers for our client’s business based in Hillingdon, Greater London.

Working Hours:

9am - 5pm, 5 days a week, between Monday - Sunday, depending on workload and bookings.

Duties Include:

• Calling drivers to check in on their location, routes, and wellbeing.
• Ensuring daily vehicle checks are completed.
• Monitoring vehicle MOT and servicing schedules.
• Logging information onto computers.
• Making outbound calls to drivers and customers to ensure delivery times are met.

Successful Applicants Will Have:

• Previous experience dealing with a fleet of vehicles.
