Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support inbound transportation and trade operations into the EMEA region. This role manages the end-to-end flow of goods from origin to final mile delivery at regional distribution centers, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong logistics expertise, experience managing third-party carriers and customs brokers, and a commitment to operational excellence.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Manage inbound transportation operations into the EMEA region, focusing on timely final mile deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party carriers and logistics providers to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for customs brokerage partners, ensuring accurate and timely clearance in accordance with trade regulations.
• Ensure adherence to global trade compliance processes, including documentation, tariff classification, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align transportation and trade operations with business goals.
• Support carrier and customs broker performance through KPI tracking, service reviews, and RFP/RFI processes.
• Analyze transportation and trade data to identify risks, resolve issues, and find process improvements and cost savings.
• Work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Merchandising, Finance, and Distribution teams to coordinate shipments and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain SOPs, dashboards, and reporting tools for operational visibility and decision-making.
• Monitor changes in transportation regulations and trade compliance, communicating key updates to stakeholders.

What Do You Need To Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in transportation or trade operations, especially with international inbound shipments and customs processes.
• Understanding of final mile delivery and EMEA regional logistics.
• Experience managing third-party carriers and customs brokers.
• Knowledge of trade compliance and customs clearance procedures.
• Proficiency with TMS and data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience supporting inbound logistics in the EMEA region.
• Familiarity with FTAs, duty optimization, or trusted trader programs is a plus.
