An established industry player is seeking a Discovery Logistics and Trade Specialist to support their dynamic team. The Discovery Logistics and Trade Specialist Team is a dynamic group with high client visibility within IQVIA. It functions as part of the Global Clinical Supply organization supporting research laboratories. This team specializes in assisting researchers with their international and domestic shipping needs. They guide researchers on global and local logistics requirements and trade regulations for the shipments, ensuring documentation is complete and that all regulatory aspects are addressed. The team maintains a high level of compliance adherence to ensure that samples move efficiently. The Discovery Logistics and Trade Specialist Team is a dynamic, talented, and experienced global team that evolves with client’s research business which offers a chance to learn new skills and grow with the business.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the UK, may be requested to go on-site in London for introductions and training.
Purpose:
To assist department Director in providing logistics and trade support to project and operational teams within client research and development organization; accountable for interfacing with R&D teams, vendors/collaborators, Global Trade Compliance, Logistics Operations, and other departments to coordinate, manage and track clinical supplies shipments to and from internal and external partners.
