Kinaxia Logistics Limited is seeking a Transport Administrator to join their Colchester site. You will progress supplier collections and final depot deliveries, supporting the daily transport plan and KPIs set with customers.

We value accuracy, proactive communication and a team-oriented approach, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a range of employee benefits including pension, life assurance and onsite parking.

Competenze

• GCSEs English and Maths at A-C or equivalent.
• Experience in general administration tasks.
• Experience or understanding of transport/haulage operations is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to demonstrate company values (Safe, Talented, Attentive, Reliable).

Mansioni

• Carry out data entry onto the relevant system and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with external and internal clients to maintain information flow.
• Answer queries promptly and professionally to ensure high service levels.
• Complete general administrative duties to deliver a world class service.
• Maintain system data accuracy and reconcile data where needed.
• Update and communicate KPIs to monitor service delivery levels.
• Work as part of a team and participate in cross training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
