Qualifications

• Knowledge of Highway Code, EU tachograph requirements and Working Time Regulations.
• Experience with transport operation systems and ability to analyse logistic problems.
• Strong health and safety awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute collection and delivery schedules for cost-efficiency.
• Allocate drivers/vehicles/trailers and coordinate with workshops for vehicle availability.
• Communicate plans to the transport team and manage staffing levels to meet daily plans.
• Provide timely handovers to customers and internal stakeholders for operational delays.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in transport operations.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance with health and safety.
