Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Colchester is seeking a Transport Administrator to support daily transport planning, progressing supplier collections and final depot deliveries to meet customer KPIs. Monday to Friday, on-site at Colchester.

You will handle data entry, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate with internal and external clients to ensure high service levels while supporting a world-class transport operation.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Experience in transport administration or haulage is desirable.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Able to demonstrate company values: Safe, Talented, Attentive, Reliable.

Aufgaben

• Carry out data entry onto the relevant system, identifying and resolving discrepancies and prepare documentation for movement/transportation of goods to deliver high customer service levels.
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner to all relevant external and internal clients to maintain the flow of information.
• Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete general administrative duties to deliver a world class service.
• Maintain relevant system by inputting data accurately and reconciling discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Update, produce and communicate all business KPI's to monitor service delivery levels.
• Work as part of a team and participate in cross-training to provide effective cover in a colleague's absence.
• Operate high standard of housekeeping and work safely in accordance with health and safety regulations.
