Job summary

Kinaxia is recruiting an experienced Transport Planner to join our Norwich operations. You will plan daily collections and deliveries, optimise fleet usage and liaise with drivers and workshops to ensure on-time, cost-effective service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Transport Planner or in a similar logistics planning role.
• Knowledge of UK road transport legislation.
• Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily collection and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Maximise fleet utilisation by assigning drivers and vehicles.
• Communicate plans clearly to drivers and the transport team.
• Coordinate next-day operations and provide transport quotations when required.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain safety standards.
