Job summary

Stobart is seeking a Transport Administrator to support the on-site transport team in Doncaster. The role involves driver check-in/out, dispatch tasks and documentation to ensure efficient operations.

Salary is £26,137 per annum with a 4-on 4-off night shift pattern (18:00–06:00). The successful candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to work under pressure within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently dispatching drivers with all relevant paperwork.
• Complete customer and Stobart KPIs when required.
• Input correct trailer numbers into the tracking system.
• Ensure correct week number on trailers on the service board.
• Liaise with drivers about site procedures before entry.
• Complete all daily tasks for compliance purposes.
• Ensure manning levels are updated and correct.
• Download vehicle and driver tachographs as required.
• Manage Transport System operations.
