Zusammenfassung

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Transport Admin on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover and support both the Commercial and Transport teams. The role is based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

The position is varied and requires careful administration, invoicing, data entry and ERP system use, with full training provided. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with some bi-weekly Saturday cover; there is potential for permanency for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident in verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• IT literate and confident learning new systems.
• Positive, collaborative team player who can manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience in administrative, transport, logistics or commercial environments is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and process transport invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage collection and delivery documentation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial team.
• Complete data entry and order management using the company ERP system — full training will be provided.
• Provide holiday cover across the wider team when required.
• Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure records and documentation are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Commercial and Transport functions.
