Job summary

Pertemps Birmingham Commercial is seeking a Transport Compliance Admin in Erdington. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, on a full-time temporary basis covering maternity leave.

The pay is £13.54 per hour and you will manage vehicle compliance, maintenance scheduling and liaison with drivers, garages and clients to coordinate upkeep. The ideal candidate will have transport administration experience, strong organisational skills and a good knowledge of MOTs and vehicle servicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport administration and vehicle compliance.
• Knowledge of MOTs, servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle compliance and ensure MOTs, servicing, inspections and repairs meet timescales.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and book vehicles into garages as required.
• Liaise with garages, suppliers, agencies, drivers and clients to coordinate upkeep.
• Raise Purchase Orders for agencies and external suppliers.
• Respond to operational issues with good decision-making and problem-solving.
