GXO Logistics is hiring for a Transport Administrator at our Sainsbury's site in Waltham Abbey. This full-time, permanent role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift from 06:00 to 18:00, at an hourly rate of £14.66. You will support vehicle and driver movements and maintain transport systems accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrator role, preferably in transport/warehouse
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of Drivers Working Time Directive and EU Regulations
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail

• Assist in administering the integrity and accuracy of WMS and other transport systems

This is a full- time, permanent role.

You will be working on a shift pattern of4 on 4 off covering the hours of 06:00 – 18:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Carry out required administration to support vehicle and driver movements
• Assist in administering the integrity and accuracy of WMS and other transport systems
• Administer the movement of vehicles and associated activity
• Undertake activities in line with company’s requirements and service agreements

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previously working in an administrator role, preferably in transport/ warehouse environment
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Understanding of Drivers Working Time Directive and EU Regulations
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• Using Microsoft Office applications, particulary Excel
