Job summary

EVRi, through The Recruitment Crowd, is seeking a Transport Admin Coordinator to join the Barnsley team. The role focuses on tracking vehicles for Next Day collections and maintaining on-time performance.

You will record timings, contact drivers about ETAs and delays, handle filing and general admin, and work the 4 on 4 off pattern starting at 6pm. Proficiency in MS Excel and clear driver communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar work environment.
• Able to work the required shift pattern of 4 on 4 off.
• Comfortable speaking to drivers and coordinating timing.

Responsibilities

• Track vehicles for Next Day collections to ensure timeliness.
• Record timings on the tracking/collection report.
• Contact drivers to confirm ETAs and reasons for delays.
• File documents (maps) and perform general admin duties.
