Job summary

EVRi in Barnsley is seeking a Next Day Tracking Coordinator to monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely collections. The role involves updating tracking reports, communicating delays to clients, and coordinating with drivers to confirm ETAs.

The position requires familiarity with MS Excel, good computer literacy, and the ability to work a 4-on 4-off schedule starting at 6pm. Experience in a logistics setting is preferred.

• File documents such as maps and other admin tasks.
• Perform general administrative duties.

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting Next Day Tracking Coordinators to join the team at EVRi in Barnsley.

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 6pm starts

Pay Rate: £12.42 per hour PAYE

Location: Barnsley (S74)

Job Type: Ongoing

The role:

• Tracking vehicles, predominantly for Next Day collections, to ensure that they are running on time.
• Recording timings on to the tracking/collection report.
• Liaising with clients to inform them of any delays
• Contacting drivers to confirm ETA's, reasons for late arrivals, late departures etc.
• Filing of documents ie. Maps
• General admin duties

Requirements:

• Candidate needs to have understanding of systems such as MS Excel
• Be computer literate
• Be comfortable speaking and calling drivers
• Experience in a similar work environment
• Be able to work the required shift pattern of 4 on 4 off
