Job summary

EVRi in Barnsley is seeking a Next Day Tracking Coordinator to monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely collections. The role involves updating tracking reports, communicating delays to clients, and coordinating with drivers to confirm ETAs.

The position requires familiarity with MS Excel, good computer literacy, and the ability to work a 4-on 4-off schedule starting at 6pm. Experience in a logistics setting is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong communication with drivers.
• Able to work 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Track vehicles for Next Day collections to ensure on-time performance.
• Record timings on the tracking/collection report.
• Liaise with clients to inform them of delays.
• Contact drivers to confirm ETAs and reasons for late arrivals.
• File documents such as maps and other admin tasks.
• Perform general administrative duties.
