Job summary

Rapier in Tamworth is seeking a Transport Administrator to join our dynamic logistics team. The role focuses on despatch and debrief of drivers, driver box preparation and resolving transport issues, with liaison to on-site, customer service and planning teams.

The ideal candidate will have admin experience, a transport or logistics background (preferred), be confident with Microsoft Office and transport applications, and show strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Transport Administrator - Join Our Dynamic Logistics Team!

Location: Tamworth

Contract Type: Full-time

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off NIGHTS

Salary: (£15.26 PER HOUR)

Holiday: 23.5 days annual leave

Shift Details:

• Days Fixed: 6pm-6am(1hrs Lunch)


• Fixed pattern (4 on /4 off)

Key Responsibilities:

Transport Admin Duties:
