Job summary

La Fosse Associates' consultancy client is seeking a Transition Analyst to support planning and delivery of bids, mobilisations, transitions and transformation programmes in the UK. You’ll maintain programme controls, RAID logs and governance information to enable effective decision-making.

The role suits someone with PMO or project delivery experience seeking to specialise in transition and mobilisation, contributing to governance packs, progress reporting, and the improvement of templates and

Qualifications

Experience supporting projects or workstreams within a wider programme.
Knowledge of project and programme management approaches.
Understanding of bids, mobilisations, transitions, transformations or service exits.
Experience of maintaining plans, schedules and programme controls.
Practical understanding of RAID management.
Exposure to programme governance, assurance or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Support the definition and planning of projects and workstreams.
Maintain RAID logs and ensure significant items are reflected in programme governance.
Implement and maintain agreed programme monitoring and control processes.
Support programme governance, reporting and assurance activities.
Help improve transition methods, standards, templates and supporting materials.
Develop expertise in the transition team’s tools, reports and project-management systems.
