Job summary
La Fosse is seeking a Transition Analyst to support planning and delivery of complex bids, mobilisations, service transitions and transformation programmes in the UK. You will help maintain programme controls, monitor progress and provide high-quality information for governance and decision making.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects or workstreams within a wider programme.
- Knowledge of project and programme management approaches.
- Understanding of bids, mobilisations, transitions, transformations or service exits.
- Experience of maintaining plans, schedules and programme controls.
- Practical understanding of RAID management.
- Exposure to programme governance, assurance or quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition and planning of projects and workstreams.
- Maintain RAID logs and ensure significant items are reflected in programme governance.
- Implement and maintain agreed programme monitoring and control processes.
- Support programme governance, reporting and assurance activities.
- Help improve transition methods, standards, templates and supporting materials.
- Develop expertise in the transition team’s tools, reports and project-management systems.
