• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems and ability to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain ebblo systems in vehicles and on-site locations.
• Respond to support calls and strive for first-time fixes.
• Provide high levels of first-line customer support and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in training for cross-functional coverage.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports of maintenance activities.
• Assist in small projects and identify opportunities for improvements.
