Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles are available across the UK and demand flexible, trauma-informed tutoring.

We offer in-person, hybrid, or remote opportunities with competitive pay (£28-£35 per hour), CPD support, safeguarding training, and a community-focused team dedicated to student progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or PMLD
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references
• UK-based with the right to work (incl. remote work)
• Safeguarding knowledge and safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with planning and delivery of flexible tutoring
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Contribute to safeguarding and maintaining a safe learning environment
