Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd. is seeking SEND tutors and teachers across the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring in person, online, or hybrid formats. You will work with disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEMH/SEND needs, within local schools and authorities, on a self-employed basis.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay (£28–£35/hr), CPD mentoring, and a supportive SEND team to help you make a difference in young lives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed setting.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons, and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support pupils KS1–KS5 referred by local authorities and schools with trauma-informed tutoring.
