Wiltshire Council is seeking an Early Years Pathway Navigator to join the Early Years and Development team. You will help providers explore all pathways available for children with SEND and assist in deciding the most suitable option for the child and family.

The role requires excellent communication in a multi-agency environment, a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, and the ability to prioritise demanding workloads. Hybrid working arrangements apply.
