Wiltshire Council is seeking a motivated Early Years Inclusion Advisor to improve outcomes for 0-5s and support inclusive practice across settings such as schools, nurseries and childminders.

You will carry out inclusion support visits, advise on SEND and the graduated response, deliver training, coordinate multi-agency work, and promote smooth transitions into school. Hybrid working applies with on-site and community-based duties.

Qualifications

• You will hold a relevant early years qualification, have recent experience working with young children with additional needs, and demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice, with the confidence to advise, train and influence practitioners across a range of settings.
