Care Concern Group is seeking an experienced Home Manager for Holme Lea Care Home in Stalybridge. This leadership role focuses on embedding person-centred care, driving improvements, and strengthening accountability across a 48-bed service.

You will lead a committed team and work with a regional support network to sustain high standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in care home management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, with a passion for delivering

Qualifications

• Experience managing a care home.
• Strong understanding of performance indicators, quality assurance, occupancy management and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record leading teams through inspection processes and embedding improvement plans.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for leadership, quality, compliance, commercial performance and culture of the service.
• During the first six months, understand existing improvement and action plans and ensure changes are embedded and sustained.
• Coach, support and develop colleagues to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care and create an accountable, resident-focused culture.
• Lead the home to achieve high regulatory standards and improve outcomes for residents and families.
