Qualifications

• We are seeking an experienced and transformational Home Manager to lead Holme Lea Care Home through the next stage of its journey.
• This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who can inspire and develop a team, embed a culture of person-centred care, and build on the positive progress already underway.
• Holme Lea Care Home is a 48-bed purpose-built service located in a peaceful area of Stalybridge, Tameside. The home provides Residential and Residential Dementia care in a welcoming and homely environment.

Responsibilities

• This is not a turnaround project from scratch. The foundations are firmly in place, and the incoming Home Manager will have the opportunity to build on recent successes and take the service to the next level.
• As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, compliance, commercial performance, and culture of the service.
• During your first six months, you will focus on gaining a thorough understanding of the home's existing improvement and action plans, ensuring that the positive changes already achieved are fully embedded and sustained.
• You will work closely with the team to coach, support, and develop colleagues to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care while creating a positive, accountable, and resident-focused culture.
