Leading Global Organisation is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international operations.

This role focuses on delivering S/4HANA migrations, complex rollouts, and governance across multiple countries, coordinating senior stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within budget. The position requires strong leadership and global delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large SAP programmes in complex enterprises.
• Proven success delivering S/4HANA migrations and global rollouts.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation.
• Develop programme governance, delivery frameworks, and standards.
• Build integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams across functions.
• Interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, and vendors.
• Drive governance through steering committees and executive reporting.
• Manage programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, and vendor management.
