Job summary

Matched Group is seeking a Business Systems and Transformation Director to drive technology-enabled transformation and deliver strategic change across CRM, finance, HR, and other enterprise platforms. You will own cross-system integration, automation, and data flows while ensuring security, resilience, and operational ownership.

The role involves leading multiple simultaneous initiatives in a PE-backed SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple technology-enabled transformation projects in fast-growing companies.
• Prince2 certification.
• Experience delivering changes across enterprise systems, integrations, automation or data flows.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, telephony) and API integrations.
• IT operations knowledge to govern service delivery, infrastructure and resilience.
• Clear communicator able to influence across functions and report status.

Business Systems and Transformation Director

PE backed, fast growing SaaS

Location

- 3 days every week in the Wokingham office

You’ll join a fast growing PE backed SaaS company. You will lead the delivery of technology-enabled business transformation projects. You’ll be accountable for turning business priorities into successfully delivered change across systems, integrations, automation, data and processes.

This role focuses on transformation and project-delivery. You’ll be responsible for the reliability, security, and resilience of internal IT services. You’ll coordinate the technology delivery needed to implement business outcomes and ultimately enable business growth.

Business Systems and Transformation Director - Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver internal technology-enabled transformation and business process change projects
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and ensure priorities, scope, resources and delivery expectations remain visible to stakeholders
• Coordinate the delivery and evolution of internal business systems such as CRM, finance, HR, telephony, reporting and other enterprise platforms
• Ensure new systems and changes consider integration, data flow, security, resilience, supportability and operational ownership before implementation
• Own delivery of cross-system integration and automation initiatives, ensuring dependencies between systems and teams are understood and managed.
• Oversee the implementation and improvement of APIs, integrations, workflow automation and data flows required to support business transformation.
• Hold overall responsibility for internal IT function, ensuring infrastructure, end-user technology, support services and operational capabilities remain reliable, secure, resilient and aligned with business needs

Business Systems and Transformation Director - Requirements

• Experience leading and delivering multiple concurrent technology-enabled business transformation, systems implementation or process-change projects (ideally in a fast-paced growing company)
• Prince 2 qualification
• Experience delivering changes involving enterprise business systems, integrations, automation or data flows
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise business systems (CRM, Telephony, etc.) and working knowledge of API integrations, automation, and system-to-system data flows
• IT operational knowledge to govern service delivery, infrastructure, identity and access, and resilience
• Confident engaging communication - able to influence across functions and deliver status updates
• Delivery-focused mindset with bias towards achieving business outcomes
• Comfortable challenging unclear requirements and committed to continuous improvement
• Experience operating in an organisation where the role needs to combine strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and problem solving
