Job summary

Templewood Recruitment is seeking a Transformation Projects Manager in Slough to lead a significant transformation programme across social housing services. The role is office-based with travel to service locations and involves managing plans, governance, and multiple workstreams under the direction of senior leadership.

You will oversee RAID logs, dashboards, and reporting, ensuring risks are mitigated and changes embedded into BAU.

Qualifications

Strong experience within Project Management, Programme Management, Transformation or PMO.
Hands-on experience managing project plans, RAID logs, dashboards and governance packs.
Strong knowledge of programme controls, governance and risk management.
Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable to support multiple tasks across projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain the integrated transformation plan, milestones and dependencies.
Manage RAID logs, action trackers, dashboards and decision records.
Monitor delivery across multiple transformation workstreams.
Produce accurate and concise programme and governance reporting.
Track actions and escalate delays or ownership issues.
Identify risks and devise contingencies with stakeholders.
Coordinate inputs from senior management and operational teams.
Quality-check reports and governance packs and maintain auditable records.
Support the successful implementation and transition of transformation activity into BAU.
Ensure reporting demonstrates measurable outcomes rather than activity.
Research and update policies and SOPs and ensure document control.
