Job summary

Stirling Ellis Ltd in Guildford, Surrey, seeks an experienced Business Transformation Manager for a long-term interim role based at our new offices. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive cost efficiency, productivity improvements and operational excellence across back-office functions.

You will lead transformation initiatives in Finance, HR, Procurement and Admin, promote workflow automation with AI and Power Platform, and develop roadmaps while monitoring savings and benefits.

Qualifications

• PM professional with a proven track record of driving and managing change.
• Must have Prince 2, Agile Project Management or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong communicat ion skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, Procurement and Administration.
• Drive productivity through workflow automation, AI and Power Platform.
• Act as the bridge between key business units during cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure delivery of automation initiatives to deliver sustainable business value.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation and productivity improvement.
• Develop implementation roadmaps to manage and evaluate transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT department and technical teams.
• Manage transformation projects from identification to implementation.
• Establish KPI frameworks and benefits tracking mechanisms.
• Monitor achievement of savings, productivity and service-level improvements.
• Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Encourage continuous improvement and innovation across all support functions.

About the role

Reporting to the CFO the Business Transformation Manager will be responsible for driving positive change across all back office functions with a primary focus on cost efficiency, productivity improvement and operational excellence. Key duties include:

• Identification and delivery of transformation initiatives across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Administration
• Driving productivity through workflow automation, AI and Power Platform
• Acting as the bridge between key business units during cross functional initiatives
• Ensure delivery of automation initiatives to deliver sustainable business value

• Graduate calibre you are likely to have Prince 2, Agile Project Management or Lean Six Sigma
• The jobholder will be an influential communicator with the ability to drive organisational change and lead cross-functional projects
• In addition you will have had exposure to AI, Power Platform and automation technologies.
