Job summary

The Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a fixed-term Project Manager for 12 months in the Transformation Hub. You will convene and manage project teams, and support operational and business leads on transformation and change across Integrated Community Teams and HomeFirst within the OneGloucestershire ICS.

Hybrid working is offered within a flexible model; a recognised project management qualification and strong NHS transformation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Recognised project management qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of NHS service transformation.

Responsibilities

• Convene and manage project teams.
• Provide project management support to operational and business leads to deliver transformation and change initiatives.
• Develop and redesign services across service groups in line with local strategies and government initiatives.
• Support performance improvement across the organisation as required.
