Job summary

The Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a fixed-term Project Manager for 12 months in the Transformation Hub. You will convene and manage project teams, and support operational and business leads on transformation and change across Integrated Community Teams and HomeFirst within the OneGloucestershire ICS.

Hybrid working is offered within a flexible model; a recognised project management qualification and strong NHS transformation experience are required.

Job description

This fixed-term project manager post runs for 12 months in the Transformation Hub, within the Digital, Improvement and Partnerships Directorate of Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder convenes and manages project teams and supports operational and business leads on transformation and change, including the redesign of community mental and physical health services. The work centres on Integrated Community Teams, the OT health service and HomeFirst, with collaboration across the OneGloucestershire Integrated Care System. Hybrid working is offered within a flexible working model.

Qualifications

• A recognised project management qualification
• In-depth knowledge of NHS service transformation

Experience

• Highly developed specialist knowledge from delivering a range of projects in a complex environment
• Extensive hands-on project management and service development or improvement experience within community services

• Excellent use of project management tools, with a focus on benefits realisation
