Job summary

TLT LLP in Bristol is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis to drive delivery maturity across technology, strategy and operations. You will guide project managers and business analysts to achieve high-quality outcomes and embed a culture of strong governance.

You will build trust with stakeholders, set clear performance expectations, and work with Change and PMO leads to ensure alignment with the firm’s transformation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering portfolio-level change with project managers and business analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Set clear performance expectations for project delivery teams.
• Deliver the change management strategy aligned to the transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate on resource allocation and ensure project alignment with strategy.
• Ensure governance, processes and standards are followed across the portfolio.
• Guide business case creation with clear scope and measurable benefits.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks and issues.
• Oversee full programme lifecycle with onsite presence during critical phases.
• Promote and model high-quality delivery standards across the firm.
• Advise Head of Transformation and Operations and contribute to portfolio planning.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and support their growth.
