• PMO Analyst supports management of the transformation portfolio with high-quality reporting, governance and assurance.
• Provides data-driven insights to enable informed decisions and successful delivery of projects and changes.
• Collaborates with project managers and stakeholders to maintain governance standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report portfolio information including progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide timely management information to senior leaders and boards.
• Support portfolio planning, governance and reporting activities across the organisation.
• Maintain a single source of truth and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO systems, processes and tools.
