Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in Agile product or software development environments.
• Experience working with outsourced/remote teams (offshore a plus).

• Supervise post-transition transformation workstreams and ensure alignment to plans and value delivery.
• Act as liaison between Rentokil Initial and the outsourcing partner to maintain shared goals.
