Job summary

DHL is seeking an Operations Manager for its flagship Manton Wood operation in Nottingham on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead operational teams through a major customer implementation, embedding new ways of working and sustaining service excellence during a transformative period.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, customers and site teams to drive performance across safety, quality and productivity while coaching managers for high engagement and sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse/logistics/supply chain operations in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and supervisors.
• Strong stakeholder management with customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
