Job summary

Alexander Lloyd Limited is seeking a Transformation professional to support business improvement across the organisation. You will coordinate activities, monitor progress and benefits, and produce dashboards and MI to inform stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience supporting projects, change initiatives or business improvement activities.
• Experience in a regulated environment, ideally financial services, pensions or similar.

Working within a Transformation team, you will support a variety of projects and business improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will help coordinate project activities, monitor progress against plans and benefits, produce management information and dashboards, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change.

• At least 2 years experience supporting projects, change initiatives or business improvement activities.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services, pensions or a similar sector.

This role is hybrid to their London office.
