Job summary

North Warwickshire Borough Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Transformation Team in Corporate Services. You will work within the Transformation Team, reviewing existing processes and implementing new ways of working.

You must communicate effectively with officers at all levels and demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines.
• Experience in business process improvement and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Teams telephony.
• Review existing processes and propose improved ways of working.
• Coordinate multiple projects within the Transformation Team.
