Job summary

North Warwickshire Borough Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Transformation Team in Corporate Services. You will work within the Transformation Team, reviewing existing processes and implementing new ways of working.

You must communicate effectively with officers at all levels and demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines.
• Experience in business process improvement and change initiatives.

Job description

Temporary for up to 2 years We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Business Transformation Team.

North Warwickshire Borough Council, Corporate Services £38,510 - £40,444 per annum 37 hours per week Temporary for up to 2 years We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Business Transformation Team.

You will work as part of the Transformation Team working in Corporate Services Division. You will need to be open minded and be able to look at existing processes and suggest and implement new ways of working. You will be able to display a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, to work to deadlines and handle several work activities and projects at the same time. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with officers at all levels. Knowledge of the Council’s current telephony environment would be advantageous, as the role includes leading the implementation of Microsoft Teams telephony. You’ll need to be adaptable, flexible, positive, dynamic and get along well with colleagues.
