Qualifications

• Strong pensions expertise including manual calculations and scheme rules.
• Experience in third-party pension administration.
• Familiarity with pension systems, databases, and automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with transition consultants on implementation services.
• Lead Transition Analyst on allocated projects.
• Work with project managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Create benefit specification summaries from scheme documentation.
• Configure automated calculations using Gallagher's Excel-based systems.
• Develop and execute test packs for automation projects.
• Review data loads and support system enhancements as required.
• Stay up to date with pensions legislation and system functionality.
• Ensure peer reviews and adherence to best practices and audit criteria.
