The RAC is seeking a Head of Transformation to turn ambitious growth plans into simpler, faster ways of working within the Service, Maintenance and Repair division. This senior, hands‑on role will bring structure to pace without slowing momentum.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex transformation in a fast-paced operating business.
• End-to-end project and programme management, with Agile and PRINCE2 knowledge.
• Experience in process redesign, governance and digital or technology-enabled change.
• Strong commercial judgement, including ROI assessment and prioritisation.
• Credible to influence senior stakeholders and deliver sustained change.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation initiatives from idea to implementation, embedding and benefits realisation.
• Own and improve B2B partner onboarding with scalable processes.
• Establish governance giving senior stakeholders clear visibility of priorities, risks and decisions.
• Review end-to-end operational processes to remove complexity and inefficiency.
• Shape future-state processes across field operations and back-office functions.
• Lead digital change with Technology to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Build robust business cases using commercial impact and priorities to focus effort.
• Create plans with ownership, dependencies and clear outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams through implementation and unblock blockers.
• Embed continuous improvement to sustain benefits after delivery.
