Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Transformation Delivery Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives across the business. You will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring benefits realisation and sustainable improvements while embedding new ways of working.

Hybrid working in the Worthing area, with occasional travel to Southern Water sites. You will partner with stakeholders across operations, IT and commercial teams, managing governance, risks and budgets and championing continuous
