Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Transformation Delivery Manager at its Andover site to drive transformation across defence and critical infrastructure. You will lead programmes, develop operating models and enable strategic growth, working in a hybrid environment with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires experience delivering major transformation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to produce executive-level documents and proposals. SCC clearance eligibility will apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation programmes in large organisations.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and executive reports.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and milestone management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformation initiatives that drive strategic change and service excellence.
• Coordinate and monitor transformation projects to meet timelines, budgets and benefits.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration for opportunities.
• Produce high-quality business cases, reports and executive-level presentations.
