Job summary

Babcock invites applications for Transformation Delivery Manager at Andover site with hybrid working. You will drive business transformation and operational improvement across defence and critical infrastructure, coordinating cross-functional teams and shaping operating models.

The role requires PM and change management expertise with stakeholder engagement and ability to deliver on timelines and budgets; comprehensive security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business transformation programmes within a complex organisation.
• Strong project and change management governance, risk and milestones.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience creating business cases and executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
