As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a diverse portfolio of small change enhancements, improvements and non-standard requests that support both operational efficiency and organisational objectives.
Acting as the link between business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers, you will ensure that technology investments deliver genuine value for colleagues and residents.
This role sits within the Business Change function and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into outcomes, bringing structure to complexity and ensuring that change is delivered in a controlled, collaborative and customer-focused way
You may currently be working as a Technology Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, Change Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or similar delivery-focused role. We're looking for someone who thrives on turning ideas into outcomes and enjoys working at the heart of technology change delivery
The successful candidate will be an organised and proactive delivery professional, comfortable managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships across the business, and driving change from initial demand through to successful implementation. You will enjoy bringing structure to complexity, balancing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring quality solutions are delivered on time and to budget.
You do not need to be a technical expert to succeed in this role. We are looking for someone with experience of facilitating, coordinating and implementing technology change, bringing together business stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes. Your ability to lead delivery, manage competing priorities and keep change moving forward is more important than hands‑on technical knowledge.
