Job summary

Southern Water in Durrington is seeking a Transformation Delivery Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to deliver improvements in operations, customer outcomes and organisational capability.

You will lead cross-functional project teams in a hybrid, permanent role, manage timelines, budgets and benefits, and champion new ways of working while embedding sustainable change across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in a complex organisation.
• Strong project management principles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Ability to analyse information, identify solutions and manage priorities.
• Experience monitoring project performance, budgets and benefits.
• PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent qualification.
• Experience supporting change management and benefits realisation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of transformation projects and workstreams, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets and benefits are achieved.
• Analyse business processes, systems and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Support the development of business cases and tracking benefits realisation to maximise value from transformation activity.
• Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Work with business leaders and teams to support change adoption and embed sustainable improvements.
• Build strong relationships across operational, functional and technical teams to drive successful delivery.

About the role

We’re looking for a Transformation Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across Southern Water.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll lead projects and workstreams that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and organisational capability.
