Our Corporate team seeks an experienced change professional to join us. This team supports Legal, HR, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Consulting Services, and Sustainability functions. As we grow, we are re-architecting our systems and processes to optimize operational excellence and client-centric services, enabling our teams to transform with minimal disruption. We have strong leadership support and ambitious goals.

What you will be doing

1. Plan delivery sprints aligned with prioritization processes.
2. Manage programme sprint delivery with teams and stakeholders for maximum benefit.
3. Coordinate multiple teams effectively.
4. Oversee Business Readiness to ensure change adoption.
5. Facilitate benefits tracking and realization.
6. Monitor and resolve risks and issues related to delivery.

Your skills and experience

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently to meet strategic goals.
• Experience leading change initiatives with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Facilitation skills to drive consensus in a matrix environment.
• Ability to align day-to-day operations with long-term organizational strategy.
• Excellent written, data visualization, and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, positivity, and autonomy to operate in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to challenge the status quo with fresh perspectives.
