As Change Delivery Manager, you will drive and oversee strategic change initiatives within the Master Trust business arm. Your responsibilities include onboarding new client and supplier partnerships (including AI services), supporting business transformation, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly with lasting impact. You will act as the link between strategy and execution—managing scope, risk, and communication across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading delivery of change initiatives from planning to implementation and business-as-usual operations.
• Managing relationships across internal teams and third parties to ensure operational needs and readiness.
• Delivering new partnerships that expand the Master Trust and digital service offerings.
• Governing project scope and risk in alignment with strategy and customer outcomes.
• Championing stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and smooth handovers.
• Tracking progress, identifying issues early, and ensuring successful go-lives.
• Navigating regulatory requirements with sound judgment and business awareness.
• Proven experience in project/change delivery (Prince2 or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus).
• Experience in DC pensions or the broader pensions/financial services sector.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritize, think creatively, and deliver outcomes.
• Comfort working across teams in a complex, regulated environment.

This role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the London office at least twice a week.
