Synchronicity FS is proud to support a long-standing client in recruiting a Change Delivery Manager on a permanent basis. Our client specializes in occupational pensions and wider savings offerings, with impressive growth in their AUM. As Change Delivery Manager, you will oversee strategic change initiatives within the Master Trust business arm. Your responsibilities include onboarding new client and supplier partnerships (including AI services) and supporting wider business transformation, ensuring successful project delivery and lasting impact. You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution—managing scope, risk, and communication across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Leading the delivery of change initiatives from planning through implementation and into business-as-usual operations.
2. Managing relationships across internal teams and third parties to ensure operational alignment and readiness.
3. Delivering new partnerships to grow the Master Trust and enhance digital services.
4. Governing project scope and risk in line with strategic and customer outcomes.
5. Championing stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and seamless handovers.
6. Tracking progress, identifying issues early, and ensuring successful go-lives.
7. Navigating regulatory requirements with sound judgment and business awareness.
8. Possessing proven experience in project/change delivery, with Prince2 or Six Sigma Green Belt certifications as a plus.
9. Having experience in DC pensions or the broader pensions/financial services landscape.
10. Demonstrating a proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
11. Ability to prioritize, think creatively, and deliver results.
12. Comfort working across teams in a complex, regulated environment.

This role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the London office at least twice a week.
