Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience in management consulting (mandatory).
• Experience leading workstreams with autonomy and stakeholder management.
• Experience in change initiatives within large transformation programmes.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, change strategy, communications, or culture change.
• Experience with retail, consumer or pharma sector clients.
• Experience coaching or overseeing junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete change and transformation workstreams within broader programmes, shaping analysis, designing solutions and producing high-quality deliverables.
• Support clients in managing the people impacts of transformation, including stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption activities.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to problem-solving to navigate complexity and change.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with internal and client teams and contribute to BD and propositions.
